Costs subject to unprecedented volatility in Q4 2008

As at the end of 2008, Paternoster has obligations in respect of 38,000 pensioners and 7,500 deferred members of 42 pension schemes in total.

Although still lower than at the beginning of 2007 pensioner buy-outs are less affordable than at the end of March.

Paternoster aims to become the first insurer to have entire operation certified for achieving data protection standards under ISO 27001
