ISO/IEC 27001:2005

In October 2008, we achieved our aim of being the first insurer to have our entire operation certified for achieving data protection standards under ISO 27001.  This certification verifies that Paternoster adheres to the stringent data security standards specified by this global standard. The controls we have in place ensure that the appropriate systems are in place
to manage confidential scheme member data.  

To ensure that Paternoster had maintained the standards required for accreditation an independent audit was completed in September 2009 resulting in the reaccreditation of Paternoster.
